1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Custom or personalized items.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at shop@winsomefashion.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by WinSome London.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you.
